It is 1:13am on November 4, 2019.
I am laying in bed scrolling on my iPhone just reminiscing on how our year has been. Overall I am extremely thankful for everything. We go through trials to make us stronger. Wether it be finding a job that truly is a blessing in disguise, weeding out fake friends and making amazing new ones, or even having to take control and make yourself come first. Either way this year is ending on the best note ever.

As many of my friends know my husband Greg is in love with making food. When he was a teen he wanted to be a chef and even looked into two different Culinary Schools but unfortunately didn’t go that direction after some traumatic events occurred in his life. He however has the gift of a Chef! The way he puts food together and makes his own recipes is astonishing. He hasn’t been able to sit down and write down his recipes while he is cooking but he has promised to start the next time he cooks. I do want to show off a handful or more of his food pics! The Tucker gardens produced 2 huge Squash along with a couple grape tomatoes! 🍅 We were so excited and stoked to cook with them!
I decided I wanted to make a Squash Casserole along with Snap Peas. ☺
First, to speed up cooking time we sliced the quash and steamed it for about 10 mins with a lil chopped white Onion.
